At MADE Hoops, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. We want to ensure every athlete is fully satisfied with their purchase to keep their game at its peak.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the label is clearly visible and all old shipping marks are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange item will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
